By accessing or using the Aprynzoloom Flow Control platform and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations accessing the platform on behalf of a business.
Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited provides a SaaS platform for managing product roadmaps, feature requests, user voting, product statuses, and feedback organization. The platform is designed for software and digital product teams handling general-purpose, non-sensitive product information.
Services include SaaS module access, roadmap page publishing, feature request boards, voting workflows, status tracking, feedback category organization, and product update pages. Configuration and setup services are also available as separate engagements.
The platform does not provide regulated, financial, legal, medical, cybersecurity, or any other licensed professional services. All use is limited to general product roadmap and feedback management purposes.
Access to the platform is granted on a per-module or per-service basis following confirmation of payment. Each module or service has defined access scope as described in the product or service description at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Access may be granted for individual users or teams. You may not share access credentials with individuals outside the organization that purchased the access.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to store, transmit, or process sensitive personal data, regulated information, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works from the platform. Unauthorized access attempts, scraping, or interference with platform operations are strictly prohibited.
The platform is intended for product roadmap and feedback management only. Use of the platform for purposes outside this scope is not permitted without prior written agreement.
Fees for SaaS products and configuration services are specified at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in advance before access or service delivery begins.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a product or service cannot be delivered as described, Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.
All platform software, design, structure, and content created by Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited remains the intellectual property of Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal product management purposes.
Content you create and add to the platform, such as feature request text and roadmap entries, remains your property. You grant Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited a limited license to host and display this content as needed to operate the service.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process only the data necessary to provide the platform services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. While we work to maintain availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service in the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate access to the platform with written notice. Aprynzoloom Flow Control Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if these Terms are violated.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Data associated with your account may be retained for a period as outlined in our Privacy Policy before deletion.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
